" Who’s to say which one of them is blocking the road? As the removal of either one would make the road passable again. " That’s the question that I couldn’t work out.

"There are two large silver vans near me who park on the opposite side of the road to a large white van and this is all on a curved bend to the road. I have to approach at 3 miles per hour and look well ahead as I go round the curve in case someone coming the other way collides with me ...... " In the event of an accident, who is ultimately responsible, it’s the knobb heads doing the parking but it’s the driver having the bump that ends up paying.

"Parking like that does my box in. I have some neighbours that park all over the place which makes it difficult to get into my runway (drive). One parks his works van diagonally on the pavement at the corner as you turn into the street. He also keeps his car on the road as well. I really want to live because of it. " Parking near a junction is illegal (rule 243 of the Highway Code) - you shouldn’t park within 10am of a junction. We have a roundabout near us that a builder always parks his van on. Not sure how many rules that breaks but never anything done about it.
