The Sunday dinner

What is your ideal Sunday roast

Mine is lamb/beef- roast pots, lots of veg, Yorkshire, and stuffing

Meat, spud, yorkie, stuffing, gravy.

Job done. Can’t be doing with the colourful stuff so that can stay off my plate.

Chicken and stuffing. . Roasts. Carrots/parsnip. Cabbage. Yorkshire pudding and I drown all that with gravy.

If in the UK it has to be Lamb roast with all the trimmings (hold the parsnips) because let's face it folks who wants to eat sub par beef that is trying to kill you after making you go nuts first.

But when back home Beef roast all day long, (still hold the Parsnips)

I had a roast dinner at work on Thursday.... pork.

Living on my own I don't tend to cook a roast often. When I do it's chicken cos that's cheap and difficult to fuck up. Do enjoy lamb though.
