I have taken a portion of my homemade chicken & chickpea curry out of the freezer for us tonight. We will have mini garlic & coriander naan breads too.

You know chickpeas are so underrated. I just love them. Delicious and so versatile. From stews and curries to salad, hummus and even roasted and eaten like a snack.

You know chickpeas are so underrated. I just love them. Delicious and so versatile. From stews and curries to salad, hummus and even roasted and eaten like a snack.
