Do you do them, if not why?

Do you use an app/a machine, or something else?

I do pelvic exercises - both sat on the fllor "rowing stance" and even sat on the edge of a firm seat is good - they help both sexes to keep flexible and believe it or not they are good for bladder control issues if you clench your mum cheeks very tightly at same time

Doctor J steps away from his desk lol

I always do them sitting down. Having a desk job helps in that regard

Think mostly sat on floor and in some glute bridge position

"Training the way I do I’m constantly working my pelvic floor!! "

What do you do?

I think mine is probably pretty strong from the exercise I do, but I don’t know

"Yes, i'm always sat or stood clenching ...its habit now"

It's not good to constantly clench. The pelvic floor can become over tight (hypertonic) and that can cause as many problems as a weak pelvic floor.

To reply to the OP, yes, I do pelvic floor exercises but I have problems that mean they are much less effective in me than they should be. Doesn't seem to affect my muscle tone though!

We were always told to do them while at the traffic lights, waiting for the kettle to boil, standing in the supermarket queue... basically every time you were doing some mundane task. It serves as a useful reminder.
