The pelvic floor can become over tight (hypertonic) and that can cause as many problems as a weak pelvic floor. To reply to the OP, yes, I do pelvic floor exercises but I have problems that mean they are much less effective in me than they should be. Doesn't seem to affect my muscle tone though! | |||
