"Hey I was wondering if anyone who knows a thing or two about the above might be able to advise on this issue that has cropped up today. I have one of these heaters in the lounge and two switches next to it on the wall. To use the heater I put both switches on and the heater comes on about midnight, charges up to about 6am then kicks heat out during the day. All good there. Today however I have noticed the heater was starting to get warm about 5pm. Why would this be? Obviously dont want that to happen because its not at the cheaper economy rate. My electricity supplier hasnt a clue and I cant get hold of the manufacturer at this time. Any help would be much appreciated." My love, there must be a timer on there. I think your hour is from the clock change but if you like send a picture of the unit plus yourself ?? and I'll look it up. I do appliance repairs | |||

"Creda is owned by a company called Glen Dimplex ... and it sounds like your thermostat inside the unit is shot... Hope this possibly helps" Never had an issue with it until today, might get onto the landlord if I cant get hold of dimplex tomorrow. Thank you | |||
