I used to say to myself being on the swing scene was my escapism but I don't now... For me it is a wholesome enjoyable part of my everyday life..

My escapism is getting away to a beautiful tranquil location in UK or abroad.

Cycling.

When I'm out on the bike, away from the traffic and people in the middle of the countryside with my tunes on. I find I can escape everything and be one with myself.
