I have premier, £9.99 per year, next day delivery. Returns via ervi (hermes), refund usually within a day or so once boohoo return.

I also use klarna for payments, ideal if orderingots and knowing you will return items as well

All good and never had an issue with returns. Same with ISIF. We've never even had issues with Shein. The one time they delivered something that was an obvious return (stank of cigarette smoke so had evidently been worn out with the label still attached) I put in a return request and they refunded the item and said to keep it.

If you make sure you set up an account rather than shop as a 'guest' you can track deliveries and do returns online. You will get frequent emails but you can opt out of that.

We have the yearly next day delivery and we send our returns back at Asda, really easy to do. I would say the clothes don’t always come back as you would expect, sometimes longer than advertised in the photos, sometimes thin material.
