Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

The American version of "I couldn't care less" is "I could care less". They don't mean the same thing, to me.

Head over heels - my head is mostly over my heels (it's rare my legs are in the air these days).

Any others that don't make sense to you?

(She/ her) in Sensualityland

Most things that have "literally" or "virtually" as modifiers... do not make sense at all (Yet, I find myself using them from time to time!)

Beat around the Bush, we dive at five, my nose on biffs bridge (LOL)

Hit the sack (OUCH ), on the ball

You're pulling my leg (I can think of better things )

Pull yourself together

Your guess is as good as mine (yours is probably better lol)

"They just want to have their cake and eat it"

Like what's the point in having cake if you can't eat it? What do they want me to do with it, shove it up my fanny?

In the middle

“Believe me you”

When someone’s on a rant and says “believe me you”, it’s such a strange thing to say

""I turned round and said" "

Ha! Yes. Sometimes I hear people describing conversations which must have looked like a fairground ride with all the spinning going on.

Somewhere In The Ether…

‘A nod is as good as a wink to a blind horse’ - a curious one and why specifically a horse?
