Varies. Get into bed anywhere between 10-midnight. Sleep might come by 1am. Maybe later. Occasionally earlier. I'm nocturnal, if I allowed my body to do it's own thing.

"Totally random,I live for the spontaneity.

I just listen to my body,which is how I live my life.

I do go to bed if I am tired though ,be it 8pm or 4am.

I would aim for 11pm (to sleep) in an ideal world.

I get ready for bed in the early evening most of the time though."

Most nights I fall asleep in front of the telly, then wake up at 11pm and go to bed.

Going to be a couple of late nights this weekend, though, due to lots of music going on at a coastal town music festival I'm going to!

Midnight - 01:00 when I'm off work, 10pm when I'm mornings, and 8am when I'm nights. Although these times aren't set in stone.

I stay up until midnight the turn in but it takes me ages to get to sleep and my radio comes on at 9am. Come next week though I'll be up at 6 for the new job. It's going to be a shock to the system x
