Creaming or moisturising

I think this may be a cultural thing but I and my friends at school (mostly black) said cream. So we would ‘cream’ our skin.

I once said I ‘cream myself after a shower’ which had some sniggers from others in the room. . So anyway do you say creaming or moisturising?

I've never thought about it but I suppose it depends if I'm using oil, lotion or cream.

‘Didn’t you cream your hands this morning’

Was normal to say when I was younger. Now I feel like it’s been ruined

When I read threads like this I feel I've missed out on whole conversation topics. I'm meeting friends tomorrow, I'm going to ask questions about moisturising

land of make believe

I always say moisturise,it definitely isn't a treat I have to do my whole body everytime after I bathe or shower.

Even though what I use isn't called moisturiser.

*hold my cream….

So I started moisturising after a Xmas gift set was given to me and it had some in. So after a few years I still put ‘cream on my face’. I don’t moisturise… as that sounds ‘girly’.
