Why is it Monday mornings are still terrible? I’ve been working for over 30 years and still hate them ! Any tips ?

Mind over matter. If you don't mind it doesn't don't matter.

Treat yourself to something only on a Monday, that way you have got something to look forward too

I used to not work Mondays and you just feel the same but about Tuesdays,unless you love what you do.

It's not always simple to do but if you love what you do,it's not a chore.

Mondays are great, that's because I get to play with an amazing woman on a Monday.

At times I work 12 hour shifts for 21 days. Most of the time I do not know what day it is
