Normally I love them, bu today - not impressed.

Took my 2 dogs out for their walk at 6.45, not realising it was icy and promptly got pulled flat on my arse

Looking out my bedroom window, across the fields, the far trees, denuded by the autumn winds, are shrouded by the morning mist. the weakened winter sun is rising behind them, its golden light diffused by mist, giving the scene a soft glow. bloody hate winter mornings

I'd be a very happy bunny if I had view like that from my bedroom window, winter or not, I look out on my neighbours 'car park'!!

Back to the original post... I do actually like cold bright mornings/days its the dark, grey and wet days I just can't handle
