Fairly sure that was 'Ivor Biggun' - who was also briefly famous as Doc on the show Esther Rantzen used to do

I was first or second year of uni when Skepta dropped his Konnichiwa album and That’s not me and Shutdown were played probably nearly everyday in our house and on every night out. Went to his home show at Ally Pally and it was probably the best show I’ve been to. Ahhhhhh I miss it.
