OP, a commonly made mistake. Pumps may seem to have such an effect on a few though their purpose is to assist in getting and/or maintaining erections. When used more blood than usual enters the penis and it can reach its potential in terms of length and girth.

They work when used properly.

Penis pumps then to act temporarily - but they can work pretty well if you get the proper suction.

People say you can get a small increase in time. Dicks are full of nerves though, so be a little careful with it I'd say.

A penis is organic. It was always a bit of a macho myth that it can't be enlarged.

If you have 'Micro Peni's, which is less than 2.5 inches, doctors can do a few things (anything about 2.5 is considered normal btw!!).

In general, girth can be stretched - but you lose girth. Thin can be stretched, but how thin to you want it?

A pump can temporarily enlarge it all though.

As a form of penis enlargement.... Most likely not.

Very effective for suffers of ED though. Been a few good clinical trials in that sense.

What they can do however is allow you to use the full extent of your natural erection. Very much like a non drug Viagra. You might see a bit of growth temporarily due to fluid retention but it's not going to give you a baseball bat as a willy!
