Flo, find a good motorcyclist that you don't really fancy but knows his way around a bike. That way you won't be too attached to the bike if he decides he'd rather experience another bike but you'll also be in for the ride of your life.

I feel it depends on how and why you fell off the bike in the first place. I would say I’ve managed to get back on - the hell with it, tried a few different makes and models and haven’t needed stabilisers but I’m not ready to compete in a triathlon or anything just yet

I wonder if that’s how fab works here. Those that are getting verified every weekend are more likely to want to meet others that do. As in, experience and ‘form’ might be appealing.

I'm not relieved to hear that others feel the same way. Because I don't want others to feel like that. But it's obviously something that does happen. I remember when I hadn't been with anyone else in 20 years and I had convinced myself I was completely undesirable. Or my ex had. I was 49. A very lovely (young!) man convinced me otherwise.
