Do you have any in particular?

Those little things you do when stressed. Some bite nails, quickly tap their foot, cracking knuckles etc

I used to bite my nails, that has stopped for a good few years. I recently noticed that I tend to pull at individual beard hairs, sometimes even pulling them out when extremely stressed.

Bite the skin around my nails. Got gangrene as a child because of it, didn't stop me.

I chew the inside of my cheeks something terrible.

I go silent and pick at my lip if anxiety or doubt hits. Nerves make me talk too much and I seem to lose spacial awareness, knocking things over or whacking people with a nervous limb twitch

Lip picking I've trained my brain to recognise it and put a filter in place to unravel the reason behind the anxiety. After about 40 years of doing it I've finally stopped

Comfort stress eating, nail biting, playing with my hair and general fidgiting/procrastinating. I usually will hide stress in front of other people.

I bite the inside of my cheek and pick at my face.

I have rather acne-prone skin but it doesn't look too bad if I can leave it alone.

When my face is covered in scabs, you know I've been really stressed! x

Years ago I used to fidget with the ring on my finger. I finally managed to stop that and now I just go very quiet and bite the inside of my mouth
