I recently switched from back to streaky bacon. I like it crispy and love snacking on it. Ketchup always for me.

Tiger bread, toasted lightly, fat cut off unsalted bacon, practically cremated, bread dipped in fat, lightly poached egg on top, salted French butter, black pepper, sea salt, lick of red sauce with a knife.... But I'm not fussy

None. But if I had to. Ketchup.

Brown sauce is reserved for the almighty superior breakfast item….the sausage.

If it's just smoked bacon then curry sauce. It there's an egg involved then I switch to chilli sauce. Sorry.

Bacon is my least favourite piggy meat, just leaves me feeling totally flat!

Only sausage for me & that’s with ketchup (maybe mustard if I’m feeling flighty)

Nice crispy bacon with a touch of brown, if any at all. Too much sauce and it kills the taste of the livy crispy bacon

Middle bacon, thick cut from the butcher's, not the thin stuff that disintegrates to hardly anything by the time you've cooked it, crispy in white bread. No sauce at all, why spoil the flavour of good bacon.

Smoked streaky.

On its own, or in a BLT with mayo.

Another good addition is lime pickle, believe it or not.
