I bought some "genuine" GHDs that turned out to be fake when I got them. I got a refund though and managed to get real ones.

I've seen a lovely Tag Heuer watch that I'd love but I can't justify the price so I'm thinking of buying a replica one for 10% of the rrp.

I haven't but my daughter did. She then got an email asking her about the ghd's she had bought, she had a nice chat with someone, can't remember who and they told her that the company she had bought them from had a warehouse full of fake stuff and had been arrested by the Police. Luckily she got her money back

BOLTON

A couple of years ago I bought a pair of ugg boots advertised as '100% genuine' from a well known auction site. When they arrived they were clearly fake. I complained to the seller who insisted they were genuine and told me they had a no refund policy so I said I was going to complain to trading standards. Lo and behold, I got an immediate refund!

I had this happen a few times, never had a problem in getting a refund

Brighton - even Hove!

I once got offered a pair of fake raybans in Naples but they were too expensive anyway. I try not to spend more than a fiver on sunglasses cos I keep losing or breaking or scratching them....

We'd never buy anything fake. Oh no, we always go to Turkey and buy the genuine article ....

Yeah right !!

Our house is full of fake handbags, Ugg boots, Flossies, Toms and all manner of crap.
