So this last week my mental health has taken a beating due to someone

leading me on & Playing mind games..

My anxiety & stress levels went through the roof, which makes me feel bloody crap..

However I know it won't last forever as had it for years.

I am feeling better & stronger everyday...

So everyone just hang in there..

Stay positive and dont let the world grind ya down, hard to deal with but must keep pushing on, stay active and keep your mind occupied. Set little goals to achieve and feel your mental health take a huge boost, the sun also helps me im terrible from October till march

I suffer a lot with my mental health. I have no one in my life who can accept that it’s not a turn on turn off illness. I often sit alone in the early hours trying to make sense of my life and if there’s a good reason to be here.

My own mind is a lonely place.

"This too shall pass"

(and, yes, I know it never feels like that...but it will. Glad you're feeling better each day, OP!)
