300 is mental - what was it about?

178 can come pretty quickly sometimes, I'd like it to be a bit longer. The are very small in kb I'm sure.

The biggest problem is the quotes and following all the posts. I wish people took more time to snip them. Some find it hard to do, but a few people here genuinely don't care sadly.
