"Right I'm a 46 year old male not to over weight very tall at 6ft 3 however I'm developing the Jeremy Clarkson look I need to peg it back I've cut out the beer completly not had any since 1st April now looking at cutting out the bread. What health kicks and exercise do you recommend so I can get a six pack ...lol....though any pack will do ![]() ![]() 6 pack is body fat % so diet from what i hear but i think its genetics personally | |||
