What's everyone having for tea (dinner if your posh although I'm northern so dinner is actually lunch) we're having home made Carbonara and garlic bread

We had Aberdeen Angus beef steak beef burgers, bbq ribs, chips covered in chip seasoning and beans.

Not the best meal for me.

Moules mariners for me - mussels picked from the beach yesterday, garlic, onion, parsley from the allotment, accompanied with sour dough bread & fully leaded butter,

Oh & as I've opened a bottle of wine to Cook them in it's only right to finish it off

Just had some pork in chilli, wasabi, lime ponzu and honey with baby chestnut mushrooms, mange tout, tenderstem broccoli, lemongrass and Thai basil. Served up with some lime and lemongrass infused jasmine rice.

Homemade obviously is way better but I tried the iceland one recently and I was pleasantly surprised as I always like to usually cook all that stuff myself.

Yes I like a nice moussaka too. Don't forget a glass of cold retsina and a bit of Demis Roussos and Bob's your uncle
