"For the meat eaters a properly cooked fillet or Sirloin steak. For the veggies a Richmond meat free burger. For those with a sweet tooth bananas sliced lengthways and left overnight to soak in ginger wine and cinnamon. I can't believe I forgot this: an onion, just an onion in its skin amongst the coals or on the grill. Slice it open and enjoy the onion juices and flesh." I love a good fish bbq. Sardines, red mullet, tuna, swordfish, snapper, garlic and chilli prawns skewers etc etc. Yummy | |||

" This is radical and may put a few people off but the 2nd course is grilled pineapple caramelised with brown sugar and a dusting of cinnamon and vanilla ice cream in the core. | |||
