I used to trunk up and down the motorway. Saw 3 people every night for 5 mins at most.

Chilling with one other colleague in our security office of the posh hotel we work in, front doors all locked for the night and nothing to do except look through Fab..s’all stress here

Did 12 years of nights 5 on 2 off, wasn't so bad before I had children just never saw much light. Then child came and I had on AVG 4 hours sleep a day for 6 years. Just glad they transferred me closer to home. It was like a ongoing hangover.

Had 8 1/2 years of shift work including nights in a custody centre. Nights were always manic.

I used to work a 3 shift system. I detested nights that much that I would swap it with anyone willing to do it.
