I like to do that thing where you take a third slice of bread, hollow out the middle, place it on top of the bottom slice and use it kind of like a reservior to crack an egg into before putting the top slice on and closing the toastie maker.

In Manchester I did buy a breakfast toasty which was sausage, bacon, beans, hash brown... it didn't fit, the sides were split open and it all gushed out.

I tasted amazing, but was a bloody mess

It’s possible but I’d smash the hash brown first, but you bought it so you’d expect filings to be bursting, easier to control at home
