favourites. What specifically would you like to see on a nice summer buffet spread. Would you keep it all cold or add hot dishes too? Perhaps some bbq stuff? I am mad about salads and could happily just go with a range of salads, nice selection of cheeses and some scrumptious bread. Half of the people I usually feed are vegetarian so always keen that it there is just as much variety for them as for everyone else. Any ideas much appreciated.

Onion bhajis, samosas, spring rolls, mac n cheese bites, garlic bread, chips and dip, cheese with crackers and chutney, pizza slices or mini pizzas. A tray of pitta pockets, a big bowl of salad, a tray of sliced deli meats and fallafels and houmous for the vegetarians is a great alternative to sandwiches.
