Im curious. What makes you hyperactive? All the studies I've read say that sugarcis in no way responsible for hyperactivity. That's a myth peddled by mothers with hyperactive kids.

I looked into it when I was being diagnosed with ADHD. I was concerned it may play a part in my hyperactive tendencies and cause my lack of focus to be worse. I did come across some evidence for certain food colourings having this effect but they are no longer used...

Do enlighten me, I'm genuinely curious..
