I have a large, catering sized tin of mushy peas, (it was a joke gift). I live alone and whilst I like mushy peas I can't eat the whole tin.

So any suggestions?

If we were anywhere near Bedford, we'd be round cos Perky has something of a, shall we say, 'fetish' for them..... and even a catering-sized can wouldn't satisfy her 'needs'......

Take them along with an ice cream scoop to the top of your local multi storey car park. Then flick pea dollops at unsuspecting passers by

Mushy pea curry. Sounds gross but it's lush. You could also freeze them in single portion sizes and use when you need them.
