Hi, I have another account with my partner and we have forgotten the password but also the e-mail the account was set up with is now defunct.

Are we locked out for good or can anyone offer a solution? No word from admin unfortunately.

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. x

This is why I set all my passwords to easy ones I won’t forget.

I saw the thread title and was going to suggest breaking a small window with a brick.

Can't help with passwords I'm afraid. You may have to bite the bullet and set up a new profile.

If you're on a pc you can find your passwords on your browser header, settings perhaps? .. that is of course if you've saved them

Grantham

With the original email address no longer in use, any type of password reset will be of no use
