How sexy do you feel (in yourself) lately? How’s your body confidence?

Anything you would do to improve to get better?

I’d say sexiness I’d rate myself 10/10 I don’t think I’ve ever felt this sexy and desirable!

Body confidence, maybe 8/10.. Just have a few bits I’d like to work on but overall it’s more good than bad. Also I’m gaining some weight which is going in the right places, which I don’t mind at all x (thighs and ass

Body confidence - definitely 0 right now. Never felt fatter

Sexiness - depends on my mood. If I'm lounging around watching crap on TV, possibly 2, dressed up and feeling more feminine, then maybe a 7

Other than losing a dramatic amount of weight, nothing will give me body confidence so that's up to me to sort.

As for improving sexiness, I'd say I can't actually improve that myself. Totally depends on situation and who I'm with

I couldn’t even be arsed to meet anyone to find the right person and to be honest, I’m a complete commitment phobe - I won’t even go on a social as it’s too much like a date!

Maybe a 3 out of 10 for confidence which is pretty high for me. I am doing well with weight loss, and I'm very realistic these days about what is achievable for me. So I'm starting to embrace myself more, those parts of me that I'll always have, like my little belly and hip dips, softness and cellulite etc. Whereas in the past I wouldn't have been able to accept them.

Some days are better than others, but overall it's good and better than it ever has been.

I hope your ass continues to get fat and juicy!

I see my sexiness as around a 7 or 8 only based on the lovely flattering messages i get and the women customers who hit on me

My own body confidence i give a 5 but only because my tubby gut wont bugger off its looking more and more likely il have no choice but to do a situp or 2

For me sexiness is confidence and confidence is sexy

It’s not a number or a scale it’s down to you to realise your own worth to put your energy into you! You can make yourself feel like shit easily or you can make yourself smile - never rely on others to make you feel a certain way and that’s where the confidence comes it’s that knowing your comfortable with you and that’s exactly what I am!

Naturally there are days when I need a kick up the arse but I’ll always give myself it where as years ago I’d look to someone to give me the boost I needed - so for overall improvements in how I view myself and the journey I’ve been on to get here it always be this response never a number x
