When people are enjoying the break and sun. I realise how empty I am. That loneliness and void inside me that I can’t and don’t know how to fill.

I’m contemplating switching on my laptop and just working. At least I’m adding some value to the world this way.

If working would help do it but just going out and saying hello to someone will add value to their world and yours.

OP sorry to hear that.

Getting some fresh air, especially when it’s a lovely day, can be invigorating.

Even just seeing please while you’re walking and saying a good afternoon etc can have a positive effect.

Most of us have had times like that, but we are proof that things can get better. Just get out. Take a picnic to a local park, put some music on and breathe. I have in my life met 3 girls doing similar. It’s just about being out and chatting to people.

Personally OP I would most certainly go to a place where there people interacting with each other

Even if its just going to a pub for a diet while the football is on.

Not being funny, but you may be looking in the wrong place to fill that void.

Swinging is not the best place to find long term relationships. Pick up a hobby, join a club (something social), go and chat shit on twitter facebook or reddit.

If all else fails phone a friend or someone who will listen.
