Some people are not interested in "cheaters". They have a problem with people who do this unethically. My wife doesn't like the idea of fucking a man who's wife doesn't know. She doesn't like the idea of me cheating either.

I persuaded my wife to swing. Lots of hard conversations. But I wanted it to be done properly. So she knows it can be done.

I don't care too much about it. People can justify any behaviour to themselves. If you're an adult and you want more from life go for it. But there is a price that you will end up paying in your marriage.

It's not a price I was willing to pay

Give her information and your honest feelings. We spoke about it for 2 years before we took the step to join here. Not a daily conversation. We spoke maybe once every two months. We started with wouldn't it be nice to do this and found the parts that appealed to her. And it was always something we would do together. It has become our thing. We often talk about the things we did or would like to do next. It's made us stronger as a couple.

A lot of men and women are just not built for swinging or ethical non monogamy. If you want her to take this jump with you then she needs to feel safe. And she has the kill switch. If she says no, it's a no.

I would say to leave and rejoin as a couple. Let her drive the bus. See if its something she can try.

And the best way to show her what swinging can be is to go to a social or meet and greet. Talking to other couples is a great way to show the social side. A night out with swingers has a great energy about it. (We went to a club first and it was the wrong decision. Nothing bad happened and it was fun, but a social would have been better. We agreed before hand that we wouldn't play with anyone. It was just for us to fuck and to look at others.)
