Cal has just told me about this...

I find that Maybelline Superstay 24 hr is the best.

They do a range of reds and you have to scrub it off at the end off the night.

Make sure your lips are well cared for, as it can be quite drying.

I agree. The Maybelline stay matte are also fabulous!

You can also get some lipcote which helps lock lipsticks on.

Mac Ruby Woo doesn't seem to shift on me unless I'm doing some heavy kissing, wiping etc. If you don't want it to budge you're probably best off using a matte lipstick as they tend to last much longer.

Well I decided to be brave today and treat myself to some new red lipstick. It’s the one in my profile picture.

I went for Maybelline superstay 24 Color in red passion, number 510.

I’m happy with it so far even if it is bolder than my normal day wear make up.

The Maybelline Super Stay are great but they do tend to rub off on the inside of the lips. I'd go for a matte liquid lip, NYX do good ones.
