Well currently I'm thinking of oyster mushrooms... Its a masterchef guest chef recipe : goila butter chicken

I've never had it and never will with chicken.. But I reckon mushrooms will be a good sub

Dunno, depends on the weather. Might go to a National Trust estate for a picnic, kids play, farm and Easter activities. Took our daughter to Knowsley Safari Park yesterday - you should have seen the sight of me dragging my arse onto some of the rides
