What was their reasoning? Do you want to change it or are you only doing so because it’s been suggested?

My nan’s spare room.

I’d leave it as just Gent would have public convenience connotations.

Cheery Gent would work though.

If you want to change your name then go for it.

I can understand that your friend is trying to encourage you away from a physical description to one that showcases you and your beautiful personality. However you're still very much a gent, how about an alternative to the word Chunky... Fiddlesticks mentioned Cheery which is great and we still get to refer to you as CG.

You're a _hunky gent, no way of not saying that, but your pictures are a fair and accurate representation and do you justice and you don't really need to further clarify that in your name from the point of view of your name being a descriptive part of your FAB identity. But I'm not mouse either. Your name is largely immaterial here, if you feel a change is in order, do so, but your profile stands out regardless, and your forum chat isn't going to be different. Chunky get, cheeky gent, kangaroos toenail gent, picking a name is the most idiot part of participating on this site, don't sweat it. But don't call yourself sweaty gent...

Personally I love chunky and as others have said, it is your brand. You are also vivacious, colourful, interesting, kind, affable and a whole host of other positives and people around you on here (and likely in real life) are aware of this.

Chunky is not a negative in my vocabulary as I like chunky guys.

You have a original name why would you want to change that and lose a original name

Some may not know what a original name means

It means you don’t need numbers after your name because you were the first with it

Then ask yourself why you chose that username and does it mean anything to you, then ask why do you want to change it. If I'm guessing right and I usually am...

You will change your mind and regret it because as soon as you change it someone will take it
