We had mandatory e learning last year. It was expected for us to finish it our own time... Umm No you don't pay me to do it at home, you can find me time during working hours... It wouldn't be so bad if we actually benefited from it...

There is about 12 hours of courses I need to grind through here. Most of them don't even bloody apply to my role..
