He is not very well known over here in the UK, but he is responsible for one of the funniest quips I've ever heard on a panel show, in answer to to question:

Yes, he's been in a few things. He was the voice of the parrot in Disney's Alladin. Very funny guy.

It is such a sad loss. He was great as Iago in the Aladdin movies and was hilarious in the Problem Child movies.

He even voiced a penguin who was "freezing his nuts off" in the parody of March of the Penguins called Farce of the Penguins.
