Wim Hof is my absolute hero, but I can’t watch celebrities doing anything. I wish he wouldn’t do this Bear Grylls tv rubbish!

I started the cold shower thing over the past couple of days (literally for no more than 20 secs). Watched the first two episodes of this last night and managed 45 seconds this morning, got hysterical giggles after and felt amazing. I went in there over-tired and like a zombie

I don’t do the ice but do the breathing, ree we ad the book by James Nestor called breath

Sounds a bit out there but you’re whole physiology changes quite quickly especially when you start breathing right
