Just carried out some research via my friend Google. There was speculation it was about an ex... Mick Jagger Cat Stevens and Warren Beatty were suspects. As Diamond said she's never publicly stated the name but David Geffen of her record label is generally accepted as the subject due to him promoting Joni Mitchell instead of her. Green eyes? Who knows?
