Good Morning Monday

The beginning of a new week, unless your week blends into the next thanks to work. What are your goals, desires, plans?

I’m up this early to try out a new workout time. I usually train at night, but it’s becoming unworkable, so thought I’d try getting up early and doing it now instead.

I’ve got the kettle on, and coffee in the pot ready to brew.

My goal, desire and plan for this week is to continue with my post surgery recovery and get stronger each day. Ideally it would be great to be strong enough to restart driving on Friday and regain my independence.

Morning! It’s the second week of half term here. My kids are older now so the holidays aren’t hectic like they used to be, and it means that I gain the extra time I’d be spending driving them to and from school and college! We’re in the middle of lambing so I’m bottle-feeding lambs several times a day and also getting up in the night to check the in-lamb ewes. I really need a clean laundry sorting day and some study time this week because last week just got away from me! I’m feeling brighter in myself though so that’s a massive positive x

I tried a morning workout once and never again; just not my thing! Think my body needs the day to get ready!
