Why would anyone hate freckles? I hate marmite as it makes me sick. Do freckles make people sick too?

I am covered in freckles and I absolutely

I used to hate my freckles & paleness as a kid, but love them now - they hide my wrinkles rather well!

I've never met anyone else who admitted to hating freckles.
