Has anyone watched the new show on channel 4 about polyamory?

I watched it and it made me a bit anxious to go to a sex party/swinging event? They’ve made it look like all parties are full of models and very attractive people and would make me feel really out of place.

Just looking to see what other peoples thoughts are
