Does anyone scrubs regularly? X and if so, what do you use?

I love body scrubs, I recently got the sanctuary rose salt scrub and it smells divine. Also it really leaves the skin super smooth.

I definitely notice the difference

I wanted to try the coco and eve one, but it’s like £35 for 200ml so I’m like not sure if it’s worth the money?! But am so tempted…

Anyway!

East Sussex

I use one of those sponges with a soft side and a rough side. Sometimes people buy me body scrub as a gift. I'm not terribly keen on it, it leaves a mess in the shower tray

How are you not taking him up on this offer? I thought you'd be doing the Superslute arch and ready for him.

I've never used a body scrub. Would like to but so many have almond oil or walnut shells... so I gave up looking a few years ago. Use one of those puffy things instead.

Don't quote me on this and check it out but I'm sure the Dove one I use sometimes says nut free. I will look later. I do know however know that lush do a knot free body scrub, just can't remember what it's called.

I make my own with salt and any oil you like and some essential oil for a nice smell.

Ooo I shall check this out thank you! Sweet almond oil pops up in all sorts of things, it's a bit of a pain.

And thank you Frida, is it rock salt or any particular type of salt? I might give that a go, need to get that caramel smooth skin ready for summer.

I use rock salt for a rougher scrub and normal table salt for a finer one, depends on what you need.
