I think I'm getting the ick with a guy I'm talking to... Too much talk and no solid arrangement to meet even though I've tried.

Not every shoe fits but timewasters are one , if a person has said they won't or can't meet days in advance you know so it's ok but to say they will meet and don't show at that time etc , not a word ,after you have travelled then it's a big ick tbh , complete waste of everyone's time.

Oh, a number of things. It’s hard to put into words, but if I feel someone is putting in more energy than they get out (there has to be a good balance) then it’s a bit ‘mmm’.

Also just something they say, it sticks with you doesn’t it? A phrase or a directed statement that can’t be taken back.

I am a Parent Carer and I always say this very early on so that people will understand that my time and availability is extremely limited. So anyone who is still barking for my attention despite knowing this gets blocked very quickly, as the entitlement is extremely off-putting!

I may have a quick glance at a message throughout the day but won't send a thought-out reply until I have time to sit down and type it.

Anyone who thinks they have more entitlement to my time than me, my children and my life are severely deluded.
