Skinny foods, are they full of good or bad sugars?

I have a jar of Salted Caramel, very nice. But are these sugars good for us?

No sugars are "good". We need to obtain glucose from our food but not in the amounts most of us obtain it. Added sugars are never "good". They're all ultimately the same thing biochemically.

I don't know what these are but as a general rule I tend to stick to basics. Full fat butter, full fat yogurt, things with actual sugar rather than substitutes. I'm inclined to think that low fat is compensated for with high sugar and low sugar is compensated for with artificial substitutes that leave a nasty aftertaste

You're funny. I don't eat 100 and 1000's. They don't get consumed by me lol.
