Which one are you and why.

I am approachable can hold a conversation with anyone however a lot of people and their habits annoy me. I can see through people's fakeness. I am happy alone however I'm sociable when around people. Happy Tuesday

Introverted. I'm misanthropic, yet seem to crave the approval and attention of my peers.

Why am I an extrovert? Because being around people makes me feel more alive?

I'm not good at small talk and only contribute if I actually have something to say. Otherwise I'm mostly extroverted with people I like and are comfortable with.

Highly Introverted.

Can be shy, but comfortable around those I know. Even then I still need down time away from people. I find people draining and the more there are the faster drained I get

Remember, introvert and extrovert is more about how you gain your social energy than being just shy or outgoing.

Somebody loud and obnoxious can be Introverted because they recharge when alone for long periods of time, and somebody quiet and reserved can be extroverted because they gain their energy by being around other people.

When I did the myers briggs test it said 51% introvert and 49% extrovert which kinda makes sense. I have traits of both, I'm a walking contradiction and never happy basically

This. I'm gregarious as fuck, but it takes a lot of energy and I crave going home and being alone after having been in crowds for a while.

Elements of both within my diverse personality. Generally one out does the other, depending on how many drinks I’ve had.

Same but I also go stir crazy if alone too much. I experience what you describe more often but not sure if that's just because I'm quite social and being completely alone isn't as regular of a thing.

I love socialising but not with more than 1 person at a time. So I don’t know. I think people that know me assume extrovert but I struggle with socialising a lot. Gets overwhelming. I avoid messages and seeing groups of people often. Anyway to conclude I don’t know

An introverted extrovert.

I can quite happily sit in a corner and people watch or be on top of the table dancing and having a laugh with friends.

Extrovert. I need to be for work anyway. Being around people esp busy places is like charging my batteries for when I’m alone. Even then I’ll make several phone calls plus social media etc.

Both, I'm a bit of a multi faceted character. Although what me you get depends on how comfortable I am with the environment and company. Normally introvert till comfortable. But to add complication sometimes I become extrovert because I'm very uncomfortable in a social situation, especially when I'm having a social melt down.

I’d say (and the Myers Briggs did too) that I’m in between… I tend to be more introvert with people I don’t know and then more extrovert with people I do. And quite similar at work, adapt to the situation, and was seen as being a bit more unique and positive.

Yes, I live alone and being isolated during covid drove me completely nuts. I am a social creature that craves quiet and a quiet person that craves crowds. Like you said... a walking contradiction.

I’m an introvert. I do enjoy going out occasionally but I need a lot of time to recover from it as I can find it overwhelming and tiring. I really do enjoy quiet time by myself. Socially I’m more comfortable if someone else takes the lead.

People always think that introverts are quiet loners and extroverts are chatty outgoing types. That’s not what it is about.

Introversion is getting energy from being by yourself. Extroversion is getting energy from being around other people.

I’m an extrovert. I like to be around lots of people, whether that’s in a mosh pit, or a cafe, or a bar. I focus better, I can feel my energy levels rising and I feel more ‘myself’.

I don’t like to *talk* to people. So I like dancing all night in a rock club or playing video games in a bar or writing in a coffee shop. I’m an extrovert, but a misanthropic extrovert.
