Spot on. Indian food isn't great as a takeaway. As soon as I peel the lid of the foil tray and see that layer of oil floating it knocks me ill. It's stirred in at a restaurant so you don't see it.

Wok cooked food best eaten straight away. In foil containers it stews.

Not all Indian food comes with a layer of oil. Salmon Tikka on Saturday was gorgeous as a takeaway.

Both same our eat all u can Chinese cooked to order with 3 courses starters duck (including mock duck) so I can have it as well and mains is the best! Same for Indian eat in is best! takeaway OK x

A good chef would be able to do either well in both situations. I think it's more about how good a place is, than circumstance of where the food is eaten
