Any ideas/tips to not go insane whilst isolating?

I put a bar over the coat hangers on my door and did pull ups, sit ups and press ups. Can build a good foundation with 10 days of doing nothing else but circuits 2 times a day

Sorry to hear you have covid, hopefully it will be no worse than a head cold.

We had it in December and sat snuggled on the sofa watching Clarkson's farm... I would recommend watching it if you haven't already seen it.

Sorry, as in the ability to keep in touch with people without seeing them. Zoom, WhatsApp, etc

OP, I tested positive the other Tuesday, was out of Covid jail last Thursday, on Day 9, after testing negative on two consecutive days.

I like my computer games so that helped, but I do admit, the last few days were tough. Even though I am a loner and didn't think that would be the hardest for me, I missed contact with people.

So do make sure you still chat to your friends/parents/partner, even if briefly, every day.
