could really do with one tonight, coming down with a cold

Bed socks and pjs are on as its quite chilly

NOT water from the kettle! The plastic will just shrivel up and you'll be left with 18% burns at best!

Please make sure there is no air bubbles in the bottle and dont just part fill it..

The steam can build up and really pop the lid of the Bottle and seriously wet the bed honestly..
