How many paninis...

Is enough? I know you can't have too many but how many is enough?

I've started at 2 but I'm still hungry after 2, so I tried 3 and that got me quite satiated but now I'm wondering if I can have 4

Spread pesto both sides

Then 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of tomato then ham and cheese again
